Meet Esti Greenwald, PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Hi, I’m Esti.
I know how overwhelming it can be to seek psychiatric care— especially if you’ve ever felt rushed, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn.
I created Cognitive Health Med Management because I believe care should feel thoughtful, intentional, and collaborative— I take the time to truly listen and understand the full picture before making recommendations.
Medication isn’t about quick fixes— it’s about finding what actually supports you, at the right pace, with clarity and care.
You do not have to figure this out alone.
